Details of the Job/Internship
Pramah Lawmen is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Gurugram. This role involves both litigation and non-litigation work, providing exposure across advisory, transactional, and court-based matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including agreements, MoUs, policies, and notices.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, briefs, and advisory notes.
- Manage litigation matters end-to-end, including case strategy and tracking.
- Draft pleadings, applications, and written submissions.
- Attend court hearings and coordinate with counsel.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Handle client communications, calls, and meetings independently.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of court procedures and litigation practice.
- Ability to manage matters independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
