Details of the Job/Internship

Pravah Law is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0 to 1 year to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate will be required to carry out drafting, briefing and administrative tasks and handle miscellaneous court hearings.
• They primarily work in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and Tribunals. Most of their matters pertain to service law, criminal law, constitutional law, sports law, intellectual property, arbitration law and property law.

Eligibility

• Excellent communication skills, including writing skills, are essential.
• The work requires high integrity, interpersonal skills and Compassion.
• Prior litigation internships are a plus.
• Shortlisted applicants will be asked to work on a drafting assignment at their office.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
