Details of the Job/Internship

Praxis Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with 4–5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration to join their Mumbai office. The role involves drafting, appearing before courts and tribunals, and managing complex disputes across India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and appear before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, and arbitral tribunals.
• Handle civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Conduct legal research and manage complex dispute cases.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the legal team.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Familiarity with construction and engineering disputes.
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to travel across India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
