Preqin is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office Online.

Role and Responsibilities

• Extract and summarise key legal and economic terms from fund-related legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in business development activities, such as contributing to bid development and preparation of materials for presentations, webinars, conferences, and pitches.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the files and data on the system are maintained.
• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the nature and position of the post.

Eligibility

• Solid research, document review, and analysis experience, particularly of LPAs.
• Excellent report writing and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of and experience in the private equity industry.
• Are familiar with commercial contracts.
• PQ within a reputable private equity / corporate/commercial practice or be a paralegal with demonstrable experience working in private practice.
• Have an eye for detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality LPA extractions and reports.
• Organized and able to work to strict deadlines with the ability to prioritize realistically and to address potential issues.

Salary/Stipend
