It facilitates quick and effective out-of-court resolution of disputes while drastically reducing the costs and resources involved in resolving them.
Details of the Job/Internship
Presolv360 is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Colaba.
Role and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the concepts of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and online dispute resolution (ODR).
- Research on ADR and ODR and stay updated with latest trends and court rulings.
- Administer disputes on Presolv360’s ODR platform.
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process.
- Manage dispute communication and assist in case management.
- Provide task support to and coordinate with neutrals.
- Handle the neutral empanelment process.
- Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence.
- Locate and define process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate, troubleshoot, and work with other teams to solve challenges.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM graduate.
- 1–2+ years’ experience, preferably in dispute resolution.
- Excellent drafting and written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Passion to work with people for the people.
