PRM Legal is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, attending court proceedings, and supporting the legal team in various tasks.
Eligibility
- PQE of 1-3 years, having expertise in Legal Research and Drafting skills and experience in appearances before Courts, preferably NCLT and High Court.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in corporate law or litigation is a plus.
