Details of the Job/Internship

ProSquad Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle hands-on contract drafting and vetting for various commercial agreements.
• Manage tasks related to corporate and commercial disputes.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and produce high-quality legal writing.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and advisory notes.
• Contribute to the firm's creative and professional presentation of legal data.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the legal field.
• Prior exposure to corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Excellent legal writing capabilities.
• Proficiency in Canva or design tools is preferred (if available).

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month.
