Details of the Job/Internship
PSA Legal is looking for a dynamic lawyer with 3-4 years experience in real estate advisory and litigation. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, the capacity to work independently, and the ability to work well in a team are essential for the position.
Role and Responsibilities
The role will require a candidate to:
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
- Conduct real-estate due diligence and interpret legal documentation.
- Coordinate with local counsels across India for real-estate due diligence.
- Draft routine leases, sale deeds, and other related documents.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
