Details of the Job/Internship

They are seeking talented and dedicated law graduates and lawyers with over 2 years of experience in civil litigation to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent drafting and communication skills and will be able to represent clients effectively in various courts including civil courts, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Forum, and High Court.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and briefs with precision and clarity.
• Representing clients in civil courts, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Forum, and High Court.
• Providing strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborating with senior advocates and partners on complex cases.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with a recognized degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to represent clients in various courts including civil courts, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Forum, and High Court.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Telugu language is strongly preferred
