Details of the Job/Internship

Purushotamlaal Advocates and Associates is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload encompassing civil, commercial, family, Real estate, DRT, NCLT and arbitration matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments..
• Drafting of pleadings, commercial agreements and other legal documents with precision and accuracy..
• Regular court representations.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in practicing law, with a focus on civil, commercial, family, real estate, NCLT, and arbitration cases.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Ability to handle cases independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Adherence to ethical standards and professional integrity.

Salary/Stipend
