PwC is hiring for the position of a Legal Associate to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and communicating effectively with clients.
- Experience in contract review, redline, drafting and negotiation support.
- Relevant experience and expertise to support the creation of commercial contracting like Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, Labor and Service subcontracting, Intellectual Property Licensing, R&D facility and equipment licensing agreements, NDA and SOW.
- Assist in identifying contractual gaps, administrative risk and compliance management of the contract.
- Team player who can acts as a facilitator between various support teams and business teams.
- Enabling application of Contract Life Cycle Management tools and processes for contract review and management.
- Analysing and assessing business processes, identifying issues and proposing pragmatic solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Legal Document Preparation skills.
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in corporate law or commercial legal practice is a plus.
