Details of the Job/Internship
Quick Clean Laundry Solutions is hiring a Legal Associate – Corporate & Transactions with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate client agreements, vendor contracts, and lease agreements.
- Standardise and improve contract templates and legal processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including labour and local regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations.
- Support dispute resolution with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Assist in fundraising, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and documentation.
- Contribute to IPO readiness and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with external law firms, investors, and advisors.
- Build and streamline legal processes, documentation, and approval workflows.
- Maintain contract repositories and compliance trackers.
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of experience in a corporate law firm or in-house legal role.
- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Exposure or interest in PE/VC transactions, M&A, or corporate structuring.
- Ability to balance legal risk with business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and handling complex legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) with enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
