Details of the Job/Internship
Qure.ai is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights for decision-making.
- Drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and structuring various types of contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, License and Distribution Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Vendor agreements and engagement letters, Data Processing Agreements, and Business Associate Agreements.
- Ensuring contracts align with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand contract needs and provide appropriate legal guidance.
- Facilitating the execution of contracts and ensuring compliance with internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Client Success, Finance, HR, and Operations, to provide legal support and advice throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Liaising with customers, vendors, and consultants in India and abroad to address contract-related inquiries and concerns.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed law school.
- A Master's degree in law is a plus.
- Post-qualification work experience of 1-3 years in a contract-specific legal role. ( ln- house preferably with a start-up, or a leading law firm).
- Strong knowledge of contract law and contract drafting.
