R & J Associates is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal drafting, research, analysis, and advisory work, with close coordination with senior attorneys and clients to deliver accurate and timely legal solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Address and resolve legal issues.
- Support clients with legal advice.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare documents for court proceedings and other legal purposes.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide timely and accurate legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Understanding of law and ability to handle legal issues.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting legal information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Prior experience in legal practice, particularly in corporate or commercial law, is an added advantage.
- Additional certifications or specialisations are beneficial.
