Details of the Job/Internship

R&B Legal is seeking a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. The candidate will handle court appearances, independently manage cases, and assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before various courts and tribunals across Mumbai and suburban areas.
• Independently handle litigation and client matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal pleadings, petitions, and other documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, judgments, and case law.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and authorities as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Proficient in drafting, research, and litigation strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and procedural laws.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
