Details of the Job/Internship

R. Singh & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of litigation experience to join its Kolkata office. The role involves legal research, drafting and court work, with exposure to various judicial forums.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
• Draft pleadings, applications and legal documents.
• Assist in court appearances and related litigation work.
• Handle matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court and District Courts.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting and court work.
• Exposure to NCLT, NCLAT, High Court and District Courts.
• Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
