Details of the Job/Internship

R. Singh & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 2-3 years of litigation or corporate law experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and other documents.
• Attend court proceedings at various levels including the NCLT, High Court, and Debt Recovery Tribunal.
• Support senior counsels and manage procedural filings.
• Engage in client consultations and provide legal advice.
• Participate in dispute resolution efforts.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolment with the respective State Bar Council.
• 2-3 years of post-enrolment experience in litigation or corporate law.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in Corporate Law, Taxation, or Criminal Law is a plus.
