Details of the Job/Internship

R. Singh & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate for its Mumbai office. The role offers hands-on experience in contentious matters, client management, and legal strategy, with representation before the NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, District Courts, and other judicial and regulatory bodies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Attend court proceedings and participate in litigation.
• Brief senior counsels and handle procedural aspects of cases.
• Engage in client consultations and dispute resolution.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients.

Eligibility

• Enrollment with the respective State Bar Council.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate law, taxation, sports law, criminal law, and allied legal domains.

Salary/Stipend
