Details of the Job/Internship
RackBank® DataCenters Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Associate with at least 1 year of experience to join their office in Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Analyze terms to mitigate risks in agreements and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage filings and documentation under the Companies Act.
- Advise internal teams on corporate legal matters and business transactions.
- Provide legal opinions and interpret applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs for management.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on disputes and litigation.
- Assist in resolving legal issues by researching case laws and precedents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address legal concerns.
- Support negotiations on legal terms with vendors, partners, and clients.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate law practice or a similar role.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
