Details of the Job/Internship

Raha Renewable Technology is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role to join its office in Udumalaippettai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in verification of land records and title documents.
• Conduct encumbrance checks and review related land documentation.
• Support compliance with applicable land and local regulations.
• Provide basic legal research and documentation assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Ability to read, write, and understand Tamil is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of land documents such as sale deeds, patta, chitta, and encumbrance certificates is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with field teams.
