Details of the Job/Internship

reAlpha Tech Corp. is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0–1 years to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review standard legal documents such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts under supervision.
• Assist with routine corporate legal matters for the Indian subsidiary.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, resolutions, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with the Company Secretary and external consultants for statutory filings and compliance under Indian law.
• Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, and statutory registers.
• Conduct basic legal research on Indian regulatory requirements and flag issues to senior legal team members.
• Provide administrative and legal support to the U.S. legal team, including legal research and document review.
• Organize and manage legal documents, databases, and respond to basic internal legal queries under guidance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Indian university.
• 0–1 year of experience, including internships or traineeships, in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Enrollment with a State Bar Council in India.
• Basic understanding of Indian corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong communication, legal research, and drafting skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-border teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary/Stipend
