RXIL operates the Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) Platform in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
Details of the Job/Internship
Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL) is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2–4 years to join its Legal Department in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, vetting, negotiating, and executing service, vendor, and non-disclosure agreements, maintaining legal databases, preparing templates, conducting legal research on regulatory matters, tracking regulatory and government portals, managing the complete contract lifecycle, and addressing internal legal queries.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, negotiate, and execute service, vendor, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Maintain legal databases and prepare legal templates.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory matters and changes.
- Track and monitor relevant regulatory and government portals.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from vetting to stamping and execution.
- Address internal legal queries and advise managers on contractual responsibilities.

- Experience of 2–4 years.
