Details of the Job/Internship
Reduced debts is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves end-to-end dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, RBI CMS workflows, lender coordination, and targeted banking litigation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and submissions before regulators including RBI CMS under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme.
- Provide compliant documentation and advisory in financial contracts and debt matters.
- Coordinate with lenders and NBFCs, review recovery communications, and align with RBI norms.
- Prepare representations and assist in filings across forums and courts.
- Manage briefs, evidence, cause-lists, and MIS dashboards.
- Drive ADR-led settlements while supporting pragmatic litigation where required.
Eligibility
- LL.B/LL.M degree.
- 1–2 years of experience preferred.
- Final-year candidates may apply for an assessment internship leading to PPO.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and regulatory portal skills.
- Interest in ADR and banking disputes.
