Details of the Job/Internship

Reduced Debts is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and regulator submissions (including RBI CMS under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme).
• Safeguard client rights through compliant documentation and advisory in financial contracts and debt disputes.
• Coordinate with lenders and NBFCs, review recovery communications, and ensure alignment with RBI regulations.
• Prepare and file representations; manage briefs, evidence, cause-lists, and trackers/MIS dashboards.
• Support mediation, arbitration, and ADR-led settlements while assisting in litigation where required.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM qualified (1–2 years’ experience preferred).
• Final-year law students may apply for an assessment internship with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) pathway.
• Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and regulatory portal use.
• Demonstrated interest in ADR and banking/financial disputes.

Salary/Stipend
