Reflex Realty LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate-related contracts, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and service Contracts
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Conduct legal research on real estate laws,regulations, and case law and provide legal opinions and analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure on going compliance with federal, state,and local real estate laws and regulations.
• Review title reports, zoning laws, environmental reports, and other due diligence documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all legal and compliance-related materials.
• Advise management and other departments on legal matters related to real estate operations.
• Provide training and guidance on legal issues to staff as needed.

Salary/Stipend
