Regal Law Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 year to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft petitions, applications, replies, and comprehensive legal submissions.
- Represent clients and handle appearances across the Rajasthan High Court and Sessions Courts.
- Assist in litigation matters before Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, and Rent Tribunals.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed case strategies.
- Manage court filings and ensure all procedural requirements are met accurately.
- Handle legal matters independently while maintaining professional responsibility.
- Collaborate with the litigation team for effective case presentation and management.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of practical litigation experience.
- Strong command over legal drafting, pleadings, and research methodologies.
- Practical experience with court filings and procedural workflows.
- Ability to handle appearances and manage legal matters independently.
