Details of the Job/Internship
Restroworks is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their in-house legal team at the Delhi office. The role involves handling a diverse mix of contracts and compliance matters in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including SaaS contracts, commercial contracts, general contracts, and employment agreements.
- Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy requirements across all jurisdictions Restroworks operates in.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, processes, and policies to drive efficiency.
- Identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience handling SaaS and commercial contracts.
- Exposure to employment law and data privacy laws.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and business needs.
