Details of the Job/Internship

Restroworks is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their in-house legal team at their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, commercial, and employment agreements.
• Provide legal support and advice on day-to-day business operations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and other applicable laws.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, legal processes, and policies.
• Identify potential legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in SaaS and commercial contracts.
• Exposure to employment and data privacy laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
