RevX Capital is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Gurugram. This is a full-time on-site role involving preparation of legal documents, contract drafting and review, legal research, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also includes providing legal advice, resolving legal issues, and working with departments to mitigate risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents.
- Draft and review contracts.
- Conduct legal research.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal advice and support.
- Analyze and resolve legal issues.
- Work with departments to mitigate risks and maintain legal integrity.
Eligibility
- CS or Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Proficiency in law and legal document preparation.
- Strong analytical skills for resolving legal issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
