Details of the Job/Internship

 Rhett. is hiring an Advocate with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Jodhpur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and provide expert legal advice on labour and civil law matters.
• Collaborate with a tech-first legal team to develop and execute compliance and advisory use cases.
• Utilize modern legal-tech workflows to streamline legal practice and reasoning.
• Engage with digital productivity and research tools such as NotebookLM, Perplexity, and Microsoft Teams.
• Apply strong drafting and practical legal skills to niche practice areas.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Labour and Civil law matters.
• Strong drafting, advisory, and practical legal skills are required.
• High comfort level with technology and a willingness to adopt modern legal-tech workflows.
• Basic working experience with productivity and research tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Perplexity, or similar).
• A belief that legal practice should evolve alongside technological advancements.
