Details of the Job/Internship
Rieco Industries Ltd. is looking for candidate for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 3 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Possess thorough knowledge of Indian laws and regulations applicable to corporate environments, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
- Draft and review basic legal documents including contracts, agreements, and notices.
- Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Compile and share timely Management Information System (MIS) reports regarding litigation matters.
- Independently handle legal audits and provide necessary inputs to management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements specific to manufacturing.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on their impact.
- Maintain records of legal documents and contracts.
- Assist in legal research and preparation of legal opinions.
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment for corporate transactions.
- Maintain all necessary legal documentation, records in a proper manner
- Engage with internal co-workers to compile and provide all necessary information to the company’s legal attorneys regarding litigations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Marathi communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
