Details of the Job/Internship
Rimini Street is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts including MCAs, SOWs, AMCs, vendor and recruiting agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure consistency of contractual terms.
- Assist in vendor documentation and lease renewals.
- Perform legal research, review government notifications, and support compliance tracking.
- Maintain PoSH documentation and support legal trainings and presentations.
- Organize meetings, manage legal workflows, and maintain records.
- Assist in creating and updating HR templates and employment documents.
- Route legal documents for signature and implement efficiency measures in legal processes.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
- Prior exposure to contract vetting, HR policies, and legal documentation.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
