Rimini Street, Inc. hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Review
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents including:
- Contingent Workforce agreements (MCAs, SOWs, PCRs)
- IT maintenance agreements (AMCs)
- Recruiting agreements, NDAs, and service/vendor contracts
- Coordinate with the Contingent Workforce and Procurement teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in contracts and consultant records.
- Manage approval workflows, including routing contracts for executive signatures.
Legal Research & Compliance
- Conduct legal research and analyze regulatory updates and government notifications.
- Perform compliance gap assessments and provide actionable insights.
- Track and calendar new legislation relevant to labor and corporate law.
- Support policy development by compiling relevant legal data and analysis.
Legal Operations & Administration
- Prepare and maintain documentation including:
- PoSH training decks
- Meeting minutes and project status reports
- Employment templates (agreements, promotions, salary revisions, etc.)
- Schedule cross-functional legal meetings and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Coordinate routing and signing of HR/corporate documents.
- Support the legal team in managing workflow through ticket tracking and request assignment.
- Maintain digital and physical legal records in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Promote process improvements to enhance legal team efficiency.
Eligibility
- Education: Law graduate (LLB or equivalent)
- Experience: 1–3 years in a corporate legal team, preferably in the IT or services industry
Core Skills:
- Strong experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, HR policies, legal letters, and vendor documents
- Solid understanding of legal processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
