Rise Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their corporate practice team in New Delhi. The role focuses on M&A and general corporate work within a collaborative professional environment, offering exposure to high-impact M&A and corporate transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiation of agreements.
- Due diligence and research.
- Client interaction.
Eligibility
- Candidate with 2+ years PQE.
- Knowledgeable in corporate law.
- Strong communicator.
- Team player.
- Problem-solver with analytical rigour.
