Details of the Job/Internship

Rishit Bhatt & Co. is hiring a Legal Associate – Trade Mark with 2–3 years of experience for their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting trademark searches and preparing filing reports.
• Managing trademark filing and prosecution activities.
• Attending show-cause hearings.
• Drafting and filing oppositions, counterstatements and affidavits.
• Drafting written submissions for opposition hearings.
• Managing client portfolios and maintaining client communication.

Eligibility

• Qualified to practice law in India.
• 2–3 years of experience in trademark prosecution.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
• Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural trademark laws.
• Proficient drafting, research and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Long-term commitment.
