Details of the Job/Internship
RNS and Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle independent filings, court appearances, and day-to-day case management.
- Draft complex legal documents, including petitions, replies, and written submissions.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support litigation strategies across diverse practice areas.
- Represent the firm and its clients before Consumer Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals.
- Actively engage in arbitration proceedings and support senior counsel in High Court and Supreme Court matters.
- Maintain a proactive approach toward resolving procedural challenges and coordinating case progress.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Professional Experience: 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and procedural laws.
- Competencies: Prior experience in appearing before courts and tribunals is required.
- Professionalism: A proactive and responsible attitude toward building a long-term career in litigation practice.
