Details of the Job/Internship

Route Mobile Limited is hiring an Executive - Legal with experience of 0 to 3 years to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet various agreements, including Supply & Services, Telecom Value Added Services, and commercial contracts.
• Lead interactive sessions with Sales and Product teams to provide legal clarifications and gather requirements for mobile telephony product agreements.
• Evaluate contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures to protect company interests.
• Review customer KYC documents and manage the verification upload process on the company’s ERP system.
• Initiate and defend litigation proceedings, including drafting notices, suits, petitions, and replies.
• Brief and appoint external legal counsel and prepare comprehensive cases for legal opinions.
• Settle plaints, statements, and writ petitions for active court matters.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience primarily focused on contract management.
• Minor experience in litigation, including court filings and proceedings, is required.
• Ability to translate business needs into legal terms for new product agreements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage KYC verification and administrative ERP tasks.

Salary/Stipend
