Details of the Job/Internship
Rubrik is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Legal Associate to join its Corporate Legal team in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the legal team with corporate governance tasks, including board/shareholder documentation and equity-related projects.
- Assist in corporate transactions such as M&A, fundraising, and capital markets initiatives.
- Help build and maintain compliance programs and legal workflows.
- Manage legal tech tools and platforms, including those involving AI.
- Organize and track legal tasks and cross-functional workstreams.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support legal initiatives.
- Work independently while being open to coaching and feedback.
Eligibility
- Legal degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Familiarity with corporate and compliance legal concepts.
- Prior in-house legal or tech company experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in legal technology, data security, and AI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
