Details of the Job/Internship
Rubrik is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage corporate governance for Rubrik and its international subsidiaries, including statutory and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with service providers and the finance team to support audits and compliance reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain internal legal processes and compliance programs.
- Assist the legal team in corporate transactions, including M&A, by tracking tasks and managing due diligence processes.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- 3+ years of experience handling corporate governance matters for technology companies with international operations, preferably U.S. technology companies.
- Familiarity with international corporate governance issues, terminology, and managing international subsidiaries.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently with minimal supervision.
- Receptive to coaching and feedback.
