Details of the Job/Internship

Rubrik is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Rubrik's international subsidiaries and support all related corporate governance requirements.
• Support statutory filing requirements and coordinate regulatory tasks across various global jurisdictions.
• Assist the legal team with board and shareholder matters, including required filings and equity-related projects.
• Implement and maintain advanced legal technology platforms, specifically utilizing artificial intelligence tools.
• Provide essential legal support for corporate transactions, including M&A, financings, and capital market activities.
• Build and maintain internal legal processes and programs to ensure strict adherence to international regulations.
• Organise and manage multiple corporate and compliance workstreams simultaneously to ensure operational efficiency.

Eligibility

• Legal degree with a strong familiarity with legal concepts and terminology.
• 3+ years of experience specifically handling corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Experience or exposure to managing international subsidiaries is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working at a reputable technology company is preferred.
• An AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools to automate tasks and increase efficiency.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with extreme attention to detail.
