Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting corporate agreements,complex media and IP licensing arrangements, and ensuring regulatory compliances.
- Liaising with clients, negotiating with counterparties, and managing key relationships.
- Handling commercial litigation matters in Delhi.
Eligibility
- 1-2 years of PQE with a keen interest in tech-centric, telecom, and medi abusinesses and a strong understanding of applicable laws in these sectors.
