Details of the Job/Internship
Sachdeva Advocates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of to join their office in Haridwar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Legal Associate will be responsible for managing legal documents, conducting legal research, identifying and analysing legal issues, and providing recommendations. The role also includes supporting legal proceedings by preparing documentation, reviewing contracts, and assisting with negotiations. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining client relationships and interactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal documents and case-related documentation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues.
- Identify legal risks and provide recommendations.
- Support legal proceedings through documentation and contract review.
- Assist with negotiations and client interactions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university.
- Proficiency in law and legal issues to comprehend and interpret legal frameworks and regulations.
- Expertise in legal document preparation, including contracts and case documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess case details, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and legal negotiations.
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Relevant work experience or internship in the legal field is preferred.
