Details of the Job/Internship
Salot & Shah Associates is hiring a Legal Associate for immediate joining in Ahmedabad for candidates seeking a long-term association with the firm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and evaluate legal risks and opportunities.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Review contractual arrangements, conduct risk assessments, and support teams in mitigating risks.
- Support contract negotiation and drafting of contractual letters.
- Assist external legal counsel in managing legal disputes and proceedings.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise on necessary policy updates.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract law.
- Candidates must reside in Gujarat.
- Experience of 1-2 years.
