Details of the Job/Internship
Salot and Shah Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal risks and opportunities.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Work with clients to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Review contractual arrangements and conduct risk assessments.
- Assist in contract negotiation and drafting contractual letters.
- Support external legal counsel in managing legal disputes and proceedings.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide guidance on policy updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail.
- Strong skills in reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents.
