Details of the Job/Internship
Salot & Shah Associates is hiring a Legal Associate (Non-Litigation) with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal risks and opportunities.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Review contractual arrangements and perform risk assessments.
- Assist in contract negotiation and drafting of contractual communications.
- Support external counsel in managing disputes and legal proceedings.
- Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes and advise on policy updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team with attention to detail.
- Strong drafting and contract review skills.
