Details of the Job/Internship

Salot & Shah is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services in areas such as contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and risk analysis to support business decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including agreements, policies, and official correspondence.
• Liaise with clients to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks in commercial and contractual arrangements.
• Support project and cross-functional teams with contract structuring and negotiation.
• Coordinate with external counsel for managing legal disputes and proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments and advise on policy updates as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills..
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
