Salot and Shah Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on matters including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and evaluate legal risks and opportunities.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and contractual requirements.
- Review contractual arrangements, assess risks, and assist project teams in mitigating legal exposure.
- Support in contract negotiation and drafting of contractual letters.
- Assist external legal counsel in managing disputes and proceedings.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, providing guidance on necessary policy adjustments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
