Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for a Legal Associate to join their team in Chennai, India. If you have 2-3 years of experience in contract law and are passionate about drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and mitigate contractual risks.
• Collaborate with clients to align contracts with business objectives.
• Maintain and manage contract documentation.

Eligibility

• LLB (completed), LLM is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contract law.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in Shipping/Energy/IT sectors is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
