Samay Law LLP, Advocates & Legal Advisors is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate with 0 to 1 year of experience to join them at their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in matters under IBC before NCLT.
- Drafting, legal research, and court proceedings under NCLT, DRT and other subject matter as assigned.
- Supporting senior advocates in litigation and advisory.
- Client coordination and case management.
Eligibility
- Legal Associate (0–1 Year Experience).
