Details of the Job/Internship

Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Associate Legal Consultant – Compliance with 2+ years of experience in real estate law and property compliance to join their Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance with RERA, land acquisition laws, and local real estate regulations.
• Coordinate with external counsels for dispute resolution and arbitration.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and JV contracts.
• Collaborate with government authorities and internal departments such as sales, marketing, and project teams.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
• Active membership with the Bar Council.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate law and property compliance.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada (mandatory).
